April 8, 2008 Village Powers Resolution 

Please be advised that the Electors of the Town of Highland have
passed the following Resolution at the Annual Town Meeting held on
April 8, 2008.  

“Be it resolved that we, the town electors of the Town of Highland,
Douglas County, Wisconsin, being duly assembled at the annual town
meeting on April 8, 2008, do hereby authorize the Town Board to
exercise village powers pursuant to secs. 60.10(2)(c) and 60.22(3) of
the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of engaging in
master/comprehensive planning.”
