There will be a Special Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Highland Town Hall to declare a state of emergency due to the rain/flooding event from June 14 thru June 16th. Discussion will be held on the status of the town roads and the progress in repairing them.
