Request for Bids for Sale of Foam Cannon

The Town of Highland is seeking bids for the sale of a High Volume Foam Cannon.  It has four (4) 2 ½” inputs and discharge, along with a sky mounted cannon.  This is designed for fires that require high capacity foam.  It has a 750 gallon foam tank and a Wisconsin engine.
