NOTICE TOWN PLAN COMMISSION MEETING   The Town Plan Commission Review Committee will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the Highland Town Hall.  The Review Committee will be reviewing and updating Highland’s Comprehensive Plan.
