NOTICE   There will be a Special Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Highland Town Hall. Items discussed and possible acted on will be the floor drains at the town garage, amending the remainder of the 2017 budget and creating a preliminary 2018 budget.
