NOTICE Special Town Board Meeting   The Town Board will meet on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at the Highland Town Hall.  The Board will be reviewing the Employee Policy/Handbook.  (This meeting will follow the Plan Commission Meeting scheduled for 3:00 p.m.) .
